These terms describe how Cronosynthesis services, packages, accounts, and the Root System work across our related products. By booking work or creating an account, you agree to them.
Cronosynthesis provides design, development, and related digital services under agreed packages or custom scopes. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Planned packages have defined starting points. Custom efforts are scoped to the work — any shape that fits the goal — and may include milestones, retainers, or phased builds.
Cronosynthesis, Knoad, and Illuminary Labs share a unified account identity. Signing in on one branch can resolve to the same underlying account used across the others.
Clients who book work with Cronosynthesis are enrolled in the Root System automatically. Joining the Root System alone does not create a paid project engagement.
The Root System attributes referred clients to a Seed Partner via a Root Link or Root Code. Attribution locks the first time it is successfully set and cannot be changed afterward on any branch.
Growth Earnings accrue according to your Growth Rate and qualifying rooted client revenue. Partners claim available balances from the Cronosynthesis account hub only. Claims settle as USDC on Ethereum to a wallet connected solely for payout — wallets are not used to sign in.
Growth Rates may be elevated by qualifying digital ownership checks. Rates and balances shown in your account are the source of truth for partners.
Project invoices are due as stated in the proposal or package. Work may pause if payment is overdue.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business upon full payment. Cronosynthesis retains the right to reuse general know-how, patterns, and non-client-specific tools.
Services are provided professionally and in good faith. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Root System earnings depend on qualifying activity and may change as program rules evolve; we will communicate material changes through the account experience or email when practical.
